during day 3 you will automatically get a key card from the "Agent" and youll have to wait till day 7 for Silver to return and when you give him his drink you will be able to give him the key card, if you miss this in your first run you can just reload day 7 and fast forward to Silvers drink order, then give him the key card.

Just to make it clear, you must give the 'Agents ID key card' and not 'Key card to someone's apartment'.

I did this and it didn’t pop for me. I definitely gave him the GIB card since Silver commented on it at the time. I’ve only realised it didn’t pop after the day is finished. Interested to see if it just pops late? Commenting in case this happened to anyone else. I’ll try again the second time round.
