The best way to do this is to give everyone an Espresso, regardless of what they ask for. Unless they ask for an Espresso, at which point they get a glass of milk. Don't deliver any items either.

Because the only other thing this accomplishes is making everyone annoyed at you, I recommend going into Options and changing the fast-forward setting to skip all dialogue instead of previously read.

This will also unlock the following achievements:

Not related to the achievement, but while very little changes at the beginning from serving the wrong drink, they do differ more and more drastically as the game approaches each character's bad ending, so don't turn on skip all if you want to see them. If you just want to get it done asap though, then go ahead.

This achievement is physically painful for me. There is a reason I go for the good endings in all my RPGs.

If this is your second playthoughd, you can simply give them whatever drink you haven't done yet.

Yep, requiring bag playthroughs for completion is not fun... At least this is fairly quick if you don't want to read any of it.
