"Trash a total of 25 drinks."
Like a number of other achievements in this episode of Coffee Talk, it is a copy of an achievement by the same name in the previous game/episode.
Just as before, progress toward this achievement can only be made in Story Mode.
Every in-game day, you are granted five opportunities to trash a drink you made instead of serving it. So, if you want to get this achievement as you play the story, just trash five drinks every new day. After you've made a drink is when you are given the option to "Trash It" (or press
) instead of serving it.
You can enable fast-forwarding (FFWD with
) early in the game by selecting Options from the Start Menu and turning "Skip Dialogue" to "ALL" if you're in a hurry to make and throw away coffee. (You can repeat the same day over and over again if you don't want to miss out on the story.)

I trashed four drinks in story mode, but my progress bar never moved (still on 0%). I hope the game is tracking it in the background
