In order to do this, you must give Rachel specific drinks on Day 4 (Friday, Sept. 22nd) then Completing Day 13 (Sunday, Oct. 1st). Giving Rachel these drinks will also unlock "Wistful Nights, Comfortable with you and First Love." If you have completed the game already you can load in Day 4 give her one of the three drinks and load up day 13 then repeat for the other 2.
**The full day does not need to be completed, just up to the part where you give her the drink**
The drinks are as follows:
Dreamin' Blue: Blue Pea, Milk, Honey
Sweetheart Latte: Hibiscus, Milk, Honey
Honey Milk Green Tea: Green Tea, Milk Honey
After she talks to you on Day 13 after the final drink, the achievement should pop.
Disclaimer: When I did this achievement, the album did not pop after doing all three drinks. I re-made one of the drinks and re-did day 13 only then did the achievement pop.

After doing all 3, you have to remake one of the drinks, then you get different dialogue on Day 13 where she gives you 'a whole album', and the True Fan achievement pops.
