You might get this just for completing each day and seeing the Story Arc play out for the Elf and Succubus. To be on the safe side make sure to serve them only the drink they ask for. I have the drink lists available on Master Brewer guide.

Can confirm you need to give the right drinks and thus not story related.

To get this achievement, you need to give correct drinks to Lua and Baileys.
On the night of September 22, Lua will want a Dark Chocolate drink which is chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. Baileys will want a Cappuccino with Latte Art which is Coffee, Coffee, Milk, Draw Latte Art. (Just pour some milk and move it around)
Baileys will want a Green Tea Latte which is Green Tea, Milk, Milk.
On day 4 September 25th, Lua will want a Green Tea Latte.
On day 7 September 28th Baileys will want a Ginger Latte which is Coffee, Ginger, Milk.
On day 11 October 2 Baileys will want a Bitter Heart which is Chocolate, Ginger, Cinnamon.
Lua will want a Gingerbread Coffee which is Coffee, Ginger, Cinnamon.
Getting all these drinks correct should net you this achievement. It should pop after giving that last drink

Do i still get this even if i dont do the latte art? Or if i load the first encounter and do the latte art if i didnt first time? Or i should replay everything?

💡Overview: You need to Complete the Story with ALL CORRECT ORDERS. After you will unlock scene select and you will need to load up 4 different days for the last Story-Related Achievement. After the Story-Achievements, We will go for our 2 Challenge-Related Achievements. By that time you should have most of the achievements. You may need to make a few more drinks to make sure you got the Master Brewer Achievement! (Making all 30 specialty drinks)
