the tutorials are accessed by pressing the Start icon on the main screen, then pressing the Graduation Cap icon in the top right. at first i was unable to enter the tutorials, getting a message saying "Tutorial is not available with current control settings." go into the settings, which is the Gear icon in the top right on the first screen, then pick either Keyboard or Virtual D-Pad. the tutorials do not work with Accelerometer, Mouse, or Joystick.
Airplane Full (Simulation) Controls is the third tutorial of 7. only the first 5 tutorials need to be completed for achievements and they can be done in any order.
this tutorial is simple and pretty much requires you to control your turning, speed and pitch, as well as fly to a couple checkpoints at the end and eject from the plane. it is basically the same as Airplane Casual (Arcade) Controls Tutorial.

Do you know why it asks for accelerometer controls in third tutorial while this method is unavailable for tutorials? I am asking because I cant play third and forth tutorials at all.

are you playing on a touch screen tablet? what do you have the controls set to now? i don't remember having any issues like that.

From the "Play" menu, click on the mortar board to go to the tutorials menu. Play through the "Airplane Full Control" tutorial for this one. It is pretty straightforward and should take no longer than a few minutes. Note that you can only use the keyboard or virtual d-pad for the tutorials.
