You need to find a trap and kill yourself on it. Simple right? Problem is traps are hard to spot, so it’s a bit difficult to get this intentionally.
Alternatively though, the red explosive barrels you find scattered around also count as a trap, so if you kill yourself on one you’ll unlock this achievement and this one too

EDIT: As mentioned by Vsully, and as tested on an alt, dying to a cactus does count. So just shoot a barrel or die to a cactus then.
