Updated: Better seed I found while playing, works good for grinding this out about 6 in just over a minute on Series X:

Slightly quicker to first clear the area around the prisoner, then stand on top of them and quit out to make a save. As you load in spam A and LB to free the prisoner and toss dynamite to blow yourself up. Select retry to respawn. Repeat!
