This is not very different than a normal boss fight, except you will need to be more careful with your ammo.
Do not use tnt or hit with any melee attack. Rescuing is ok but don't take any upgrades they offer (including following you or any filling your supplies).
Any gun works but using a revolver makes it go faster. Any character that isn't low speed works.
Draw the boss to an open area first. Get as close to the boss as you can to avoid wasting any shots on the slaves. Shoot and dodge the whip until they're dead. I've not used more than 60 shots on the boss but there's plenty of crates if you need more.
