Due to the random nature of the game, some runs this will be very difficult to achieve based on enemy placement and variety.
Strongly suggest using Alice 'Fox' Angel as she is the most agile and hardest to spot. You should rescue the prisoners in 1-1, 1-2 and 1-3 as these levels are easy and straightforward. If a reward for rescue is Camouflage, that is extremely helpful (Maybe even necessary). Camouflage while playing as Alice can allow you to basically run by most enemies.
The first boss is straightforward even with poor equipment/upgrades. Roll when he cracks his whip and just shoot until dead.
The bear can be made very easy even without upgrades/good guns by activating most of the bear traps and guiding the bear onto them - they do a lot of damage.
The achievement unlocks as soon as you activate the Bandit Boss, you do not need to fight him.

Hi there,
Through settings we can do this a bit easier. We can modify settings like this:
Containers: 125%
Enemy ammo drops: 125%
Health drops: 125%
Enemy attention: 75%
Boss health: 75%
Seed: 060A7690F (Thanks to Leap Of Faith77)
Playing this seed you can obtain the two (almost mandatory) rewards that make this achievement easier: Camouflaje and Athlete.

Just tried and had an ambush after literally every single level. Out of dynamite at the last one and couldn't get past it quickly enough. Stupid.
