I just completed Nanoc the Obliviator today. It's at this point that you begin to see what type of game this is and how it flows. It's based on a variety of different things. A comic jumper must drive, swing, hang, shoot, fight and do plenty of other things. Overall, the gameplay is pretty smooth. The comic jumper in the game of the same name is Captain Smiley. Also, is one of those major Arcade era releases on the 360. Difficulty begins to rack up. Later comic books and their chapters will feel easier, but that's due to stability effect. Overall, you're getting everything you asked for. I knew it would be some group like Twisted Pixel doing this and that some game like this would be out there with the Arcade craze. From the look of it you'd think it's one of those groups of American gamers, but no this is an individual studio. They even put a special attack in the game where you can call on them to smash pretty much everyone on the screen, equating their menacing approach. Ex. Those guys running at you trying to hit you and slinging various objects at you like frames and these birds that follow you like homing missiles and actually explode. Wow! Living missiles. On the upgrades, by the way, you may do a few if you need them, but make sure you start purchasing bonus items to get the income bonus, boosting how much you make as soon as possible. Have a blast with this game. Summer times.
