You should get this by playing through the game normally. Continues do NOT reset your score, and you're granted one per episode. Also, the score achievements do not unlock until you finish an episode and the score tallies up.

For this achievement, simply reach a total score of 10,000 points. It has been reported that you will have roughly around 80,000-90,000 points when you complete the game, so these will come as you progress through the game. You should have all of the score achievements before completion of the game.
