This was a fun one. All 50 challenges in the game (including the 13 "main" challenges) must be completed under the par times. These are represented by a gold star (a silver star means you completed it, but not under par time.).

Most challenges CANNOT be done on your first run, since you only have a handful of units to use at the start. You unlock more units as you beat more challenges. Whatever tactics work for you to get the times are up to you. For example, I love playing as the Allies and building Harbinger Planes and Mirage Tanks, but that may not work for everyone.

A common (albeit cheap) tactic is to play as the Rising Sun and spam out Tankbusters from several barracks', and spam out Chopper VX's from War Factories if you have enough time. I only did this on a few levels, but again it's a personal preference.

(These videos are from the PC version, so you probably won't be able to move as fast, but you'll get the gist of it.)

Lastly, if you use the "Red Alert Button" you'll automatically finish that level with a time of 99:59. You gotta do it legit!

Browsing through the videos on the recommended Youtube channel is a major pain. In addition, some difficult levels are missing. I did not find it helpful at all!

For obvious reasons, I don't plan on listing a guide for EVERY challenge, and as I mentioned, some challenges are easy for some people, but difficult for others. If you know of common challenges people have trouble with (scavenger comes to my mind), let me know and i'll write a brief walkthrough for them.

Well I think it would be best to give general advice to search for videos on Youtube or the like and not give a specific channel which no longer offers the solution to many a difficult battle. However it is up to you! :)

I wouldn't exactly call rushing with tank busters cheap since it actually requires some level of skill and knowledge of the map before hand to be able to get the Dojo cores in the correct position to avoid them dying.

Any way, to find Youtube Videos I simply type in the name of the challenge followed by Red Alert 3. While most of them will be for the PC, the par times on consoles are more often than not shifted by a minute or two to accommodate the slower controls.

Some of the videos are helpful (For the most part tell you to play as the empire, rush dojo cores near the enemy base and do a tankbuster rush). Now whilst this is useful for beating a hell of a lot of the challenges, it's no good for one of the game's hardest challenges, "Future Warfare"

I really struggled with this mission using the videos which show the future tank destroying the prism towers (it's really hard to pull off, especially with console controls) however once I came up with this strategy I destroyed both the northwest and southeast mainland bases effortlessly on the first go.

Play as the soviets, and in this order build:

- Reactor
- Refinery
- Flak Cannon near Refinery
- Super Reactor
- Airbase
|- spam twinblades from the airbase
- 2nd Refinery
- Flak Cannon near Refinery
- 2 Additional flak cannons near your construction yard/refineries
- 2nd Airbase
|- spam migs from each Airbase, you'll need them to accompany your twinblades for when you attack the northeast and southwest island bases.

Bring your 4 future tanks back to your base, Once you have 2 twinblades, attach 2 future tanks to them and send them to the northwest corner of the map. You're better off going directly north, then west along the top of the map.

This will allow you to bypass the prism towers entirely and land your future tanks next to the enemy construction yard. Using the RB+X ability of the future tank on the construction yard will have both tanks blow it up in mere seconds. Now you're free to ruin the rest of the base.

When you go to destroy the power plants near the prism towers you will lose both of your future tanks as they'll already have been hit by vindicators from Giles northeast base and the prisms will finish you off, but at that point it doesn't matter, all that base consists of is 3 power plants and 4 prisms towers which you can clean up with a twin blade attack later on.

Now you repeat this process for the southeast base, whilst your first 2 future tanks are wrecking havoc on the northwest base, you should have built 2 more twinblades by now that you can use to transport your other 2 future tanks behind the defences of the southeast base. Same process as described above, go directly south, then hugging the edge of the map go east and drop them by the construction yard, using the rb+x future tank special ability to blow up the con yard almost instantly. Now your future tanks will destroy everything until they get in range of the prism towers and are destroyed.

At this point you have essentially won as the main threat has been eliminated. With the northwest and southeast bases destroyed you will have no ground units attacking your base, and you'll just be left with Giles launching air strikes at you from the northeast and southwest islands. If you built the flak cannons I told you to build, your base will be in pretty good shape. Now before going to attack the northeast base, make sure you have 8 migs to accompany the twinblades you spammed earlier, send them up there, and you will effortlessly destroy his base.

Now repeat the same process for southwest base. Once that's destroyed, send your forces north to destroy the leftover prism tower power plants in the northwest base, and finally, send them to the southeast base to do the same there.

Congratulations, you are victorious. I got a time of 17:44 using this method when the par time is 25:00 - so even though this sounds long-winded when its written down it's an effective strategy to get WAAAAAAAY under par on "Future Warfare". Watching the video for this mission you won't be told this strategy, you'll try to replicate the video and find your future tanks get owned even though you're using their special ability on the prism towers. This strategy is far more reliable. Good luck!
