You unlock bonus mission 1 by finding all 5 pieces of the photo in Mission 1: Night of the Wolves. Locations can be found here:
Walk around as Natasha as she can walk around without detection (as long as you avoid commanding officers).
Once you have collected all the photo pieces you MUST complete the level for it to unlock.
You can check the bonus picture by pressing
