How to unlock the Doctor Sleepy achievement in Commandos 3 - HD Remaster - Definitive Guide

This can only be done with the Spy. The quickest way to achieve this is load up European Mission "Infiltrate the Station", select the Spy and inject the closest enemy solider three times in quick succession with the syringe weapon to kill him outright!
