Simply capture Monte Cassino
In order to take MC you must have taken Anzio first!
My advice is to use C-47 Douglas to drop troops next to MC it has 4 shields requiring attack before being able to do the mission, otherwise battling to get to it before being bombed is very hard as you only get a limited number of turned before it is bombed.
