Settings/Server Settings/General/Make Admin
Go to Admin Panel

Spawn Creature tab on the top middle
Search and spawn Sewer Abomination
Kill with sword or kill with all spawned NPC button

Or, you can do the Dregs dungeon and shoot arrows at the Sewer Abomination. Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of arrows smile

The Spawn Creature tab is now called Spawn NPCs, and Wildlife_SewerAbomination is what you're after for this achievement.

As a couple people mentioned I was having trouble getting the sewer monster to spawn.i hit A, his text turned red and he did not appear. But I hit RT (or A, worked with both) rapidly and it did spawn in

Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the middle section with three buttons. Select ‘Spawn Creatures’ and search for ‘BOSS.’ When the list comes up, select ‘Monster-Boss-SewerAbomination.’

Without leaving the Admin Panel, navigate to the bottom of the middle selection, highlight ‘Kill All Spawned NPCs’ and press . This will kill the enemy, unlocking the achievement.

Note: This will also count towards “The Road of Kings.”

Give yourself administrator rights!
Go to the admin panel, find “add NPCs” and enter Monster-Boss-SewerAbomination there
To kill bosses quickly: Settings, server, combat and use the slider to turn the “Damage Multiplier” parameters to maximum (there are 4 of them).

You can kill bosses much easier, through the admin panel you spawn the one you need and again go to the admin panel in the tab with NPCs at the very bottom there will be a point to kill the added NPCs. And the trophy is yours!
