1) Create coop game (setting the difficulty level at this point doesn't seem to matter)
2) Create character
3) turn about 120 degrees to the left from where you spawn and run to the rocks just off the path and get on top (it doesn't need to be a big one, waist high is enough)
4) join other player to game (they should spawn right near you)
5) place them next to the rock
6) hop on their head
7) make yourself an admin (you do not need to turn on god mode or anything else)
8) change difficulty to barbaric (you need to do this IN GAME, not when creating the world)
9) open the admin control panel and use spawn item to give your self four full stacks (using
+
) of something heavy like stone10) they should die
I did not find PVP mode to be necessary, and it seemed to work fine if my character had god mode on. Of course the other character should NOT have god mode on.

Go to Admin Panel
Stand on something so you're higher up
Go to admin panel
Grab items to be overencumbered
You have to be really heavy for it to work
Jump on friend and kill them for the achievement

For the other achievements you can spawn in all the boss enemies and kill them with one hit. Just turn on God mod in the admin panel and then turn the combat sliders for player damage multiplier all the way to 10.

There's going to be 4 steps that you need to do to complete this achievement and I'll try my best to make it understandable.
1. Host a CO-OP game or find an official server I don't think it matters (I did it on official btw)
2. Invite a friend or some random to your game to help with the achievement. (They have to be a real living, breathing, human/taco being, none of that NPC stuff.)
3. You have to get the FIRST PERK in the OVERCUMBERED attribute, now only one person can have this perk at a time or it won't work. (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
4. (If you chose co-op) use admin commands to gather up a bunch of weight (over 400%) and jump onto the other person's head, if done correctly the achievement should pop.
(If you chose official just gather up a bunch of stone and wood)

The easiest way to do this is in co-op with another player using the settings below:
Main Menu > Single Player/Co-op > Press

on Make Me AdminPosition yourself on a rock or so that you are stood above your co-op partner, and drop down so that you are stood on their head (this might take a few tries to get it right).
Once you are balancing on your partners head, open the Admin Panel and massively over-encumber yourself with items such as beds and add 1000s of them. Eventually, you will weight so much that your partner dies.
When they do, The Tower of the Elephant trophy will unlock.
Need more information, if some one can contribute how to do the trophie.

- Start a co-op game as Player A
- Set yourself as admin
- Set difficulty to Barbaric
- Level up to 20.
- Max out Expertise (full movement when over-encumbered)
- Use admin panel to give yourself 8 focus altar of the west building items (this could be less, but 8 is enough). This will make you very over encumbered.
- Invite Player B and Player C to the game
- Move Player B next a big rock - or anything that's about the same height as Player B.
- Using Player A, climb up the rock and jump onto Player B. Move to Player B's shoulder that is furthest away from the rock.
- Using Player C, climb up the rock and jump onto Player B. This should be on the shoulder closest to the rock. Stacking on top of Player A will not work, you must both be on top of Player B.

This is an online achievement.
Note: In order for the invited player to activate the Admin Panel, the host must create both a Server Password and an Admin Password (they can be simple like ‘1234’). Then, when it is the invited person’s turn to get the achievement and they go to activate the Admin Panel (to turn on God Mode), they will be prompted for both passwords.
There are probably multiple ways you can unlock this but we’ll be discussing the simplest method, standing on your partner’s head and weighing yourself down.
Have a partner join your game and have them stand on the ground next to a rock or elevated structure so you can jump on their head. Jump on their head and then open the Admin Panel and move over to the right to ‘Spawn Item.' Select ‘Building’ and choose any item you think might be heavy, like the ‘Altar of Ymir’ (Maka uses a Foundation in the video, but the Altar is much heavier). Hold 
and the item will spawn in increments of 100 instead of 1 when you press 
. When your weight becomes unbearable, your partner will be killed from the weight and the achievement will unlock.
Note: Make sure that the partner being killed does not have ‘God Mode’ on.
