This one is fairly straight forward. The most efficient way to get this one is use dual wielding and use your X parry kill as it gives the most dismemberments per kill that I've found. Dual wield special moves seem to give the most dismemberments in general so it works well to work on this one as you work on your Master Dual Wielder achievement. This one is easily obtainable by level 5.
