How to unlock the Demon Slayer achievement in Conan - Definitive Guide
The Elephant Demon is the third boss and will give you a pair of shin guards, which grants the spell, Rain of Fire.
Stategy:
Getting to first ledge
When it raises its head, it will perform a head smash, so jump away. If it keeps its head level and opens its mouth it will breathe, so just step to the side. If it causes the entire room to rumble, it will make boulders fall down, the boulders tend to only fall down in the place you were previously standing so just move. No matter what attack it uses, avoid staying in front of its head. The best time to hit its head is right after any of its attacks. You can also weaken it first by throwing boulders at it. When the boss’ life hits zero, a gap will open on the left or the right side depending on which you are closer too. Move to the right or left side all the way to the end of the narrow side path. Wait for the boss to perform another head smash, roll or jump to avoid it, leap onto its head (watch for the displayed button), and then quickly jump again to the high ledge. Cut the chain on this ledge to drop a flaming candle into the tar pit.
Getting to second ledge
Do the same thing you did on the first ledge, but do it on the opposite side.
Break the first tusk
The Elephant Demon will return with full life again. This time, just focus on fighting it. Roll or jump away from its head smash, stay to the side whenever it breathes, and whack its face as it ends its attacks. You can break the bone pillars scattered around the place for additional life. Be sure to avoid the pools of black oil. When the boss’ life hits zero and its eyes turn red, wait for it to perform a head smash, hurry near it (if you get this (?) your to far away), and go through the displayed button sequence to break off either tusk.
Break the other tusk
Repeat previous strategy to destroy other tusk.
Blowing up the boss
Repeat previous strategy one last time to finally destroy boss.

I got this using the video guide above. Some additional tips below:
For the first form, I used sword and shield. All his attack can be blocked except when he rears up on his hind legs then does a ground pound (jump to avoid and block the falling rocks).
For the second form, go to the very far left and just hide there. 9 out of 10 attacks can be blocked. Just wait for him to lay his head on the ground and attack him, and then run back to your hiding spot.
