You can easily get this during the battle with the giant squid on the boat. Just keep killing the oilmen. ( i killed enough to get death rain (throw 100 enemies over the side of the boat) and the 500 grapple kills. Came out to about 69000 points

yea but just wait agood 10 seconds run around the boat n it will start giving u health again. Im doing it now n its taking a long time.

I also used the squid boss' never-ending oilmen to master about 8 moves.
Watch your health, because after a while it stops giving you the health bonus for moves like "pile driver".

The above method is good but if you get killed by the squid even once in the boss battle then you'll lose all the points.
An alternative that I found by accident was:
Play Pirate Raid in King Mode. Piledrive (BX, needs to be bought) and/or Backbreak (BY, needs to be bought) everyone you can so that you can score health points from using these moves when mastered. Work your way through the level until you go into the arena with Bone Cleaver form one. Impale everyone you can, using BX and/or BY for more health if you need it.
Kill Bone Cleaver and your score should be around 21000 points :)

I got this achievement on the second level, basically you just have to kill all the enemies on a level. You get points for the amount of kills, dismemberments, impalements etc. and lose points for deaths and damage taken.
