The best way to earn this achievement is getting the Thief Of Bel combat ability either earlier on or sometime later in your playthrough. Once you purchased the ability, make sure to seek out a small enemy that is currently holding a weapon in their hands. Activate the move by pressing X,Y,B, X. Conan should quickly take the opponent by his hands, disarm him, then throw him out of the way. When that happens, the achievement should unlock, right then and there.
