Parry kills are all about properly timing your blocks and blocking with the left trigger just before the opponent strikes and then hitting the proper button when it flashes onscreen.

The best, easiest way to parry in Conan is to use a sword-shield combo; the shield makes it very easy to block and parry. You can parry two-handed and dual-wielded weapons too, but the shield + sword combo is the best bet.

This achievement isn't hard to get, but it'll take a while: simply block incoming attacks from sword-carrying enemies and parry their attacks. Once you get the timing down, you can parry kill nearly every small enemy with ease. About halfway through the game the achievement should unlock.

As the above solution says, it is just simple timing and pulling the left trigger. Later in the game it becomes more and more difficult to parry.

While grinding this out can be a bit of a pain, I found it a little more fun to make a challenge out of it. Simply try to master all of the blocks for all of the weapons, that alone will require 180 parries and most of your duplicates you get while trying to finish up a specific weapon will carry you the rest of the way.
