If you want to glitch it, get to the stage with the pipes that you have to line up so that the wind can blow through them. Clear out all of the enemies, fill up your health with the barrels of wine, save, and exit back to the game menu. Load that game up, stroll through the exit, and achievement unlocked. Since the save spot is right next to the exit, since you have full health, and since you cleared all of the enemies out before saving, the achievement is granted with no chance of screwing up.

On the "Tribal Warrior" level:

1. Get to the end of the level where the 3 wind towers are, activate all 3, then climb up the pillars and finish off the enemies that come out to attack you
2. Use health urns to refill your health bar
3. Go back to the save point near the base of the first wind tower and save your game.
4. Exit to the Xbox 360 dashboard (this is very important. If you don't do it, the achievement won't unlock)
5. Launch Conan again and load your saved game
6. Proceed up the pillars and thru the door to exit the level and... ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED

The way to get this is Alternatively you can complete the game on King mode and activate the invincibility cheat...and play first mission and the achievement will unlock

To earn this achievement, it asks that you, the player, complete any stage without taking any damage.

That's easy, even without the cheats! Start a new game, chose any difficulty, preferably Easy, and go through the tutorial level as you would normally would. Make sure to block all incoming assaults and kill them all as quickly as possible. Make sure you are wielding two blades and just hit Y once, as it will kill demons quickly. As for the statues, I hit them once with Y, rolled away, then went towards them and hit them again with Y to finish them off. If you see them about to strike, immediately move out of the way. Otherwise, if they hit you, you'll have to start all over again.

After you beat the game on King mode you unlock the invulnerability cheat. Throw that on, start a new game, and beat the prologue level to unlock the achievement.
