Just play 5 rounds of each MP game mode.
Can easily be done with one friend. Create an online game match and put the time-limit of each round to the minimum. Put the rounds to 5.

Yes, if i remember correctly, it can be done locally, or even with a second controller alone.

Can the online match be played locally with a friend or do they need to own the game too?

This can be done in Ranked or Player matches. This achievement is for playing five rounds of each multiplayer mode. The multiplayer modes are Bum Rush, Crime Scene, Deathmatch, and Team Deathmatch.
