You will need to kill 10 enemies with Molotovs.
Easiest way to get his achievement is in the Bloodshot Fight Club.
Go to the Practice Arena. [your choice], one at a time, [your choice], molotovs.
There will be some molotovs scattered around the level, grab one and throw it at the enemy. When you run out restart the arena and do it again, the achievement will come quickly.

hmm can't recall off the top of my head, was a long time ago. Shouldn't take more than a couple restarts I think.

FLAMBE - Splash, Shock, Fry.
With the description of the achievement, what you are actually supposed to do (while molotovs obviously work) is throw a liquor bottle at an enemy and then hit them with the taser (hence the Shock part of the description) instantly igniting the enemy and watching him burn to a crisp. The easiest way to get this is to go to level select and choose Magic Theater. At the beginning of the level you have to fight Ethans Alcohol Demon. When you start the level you will have a liquor bottle sitting right in front of you on the bar just grab that and turn to face your enemy, 9 times out of 10 he will run behind the pylon on the right, approach him and he will usually pop out and throw his baseball bat at you, dodge this and wait til he stops moving and throw the liquor bottle at him. When it hits, sometimes he will fall to the ground DO NOT taser him yet as it will kill him while he is on the ground and will not count, instead, wait until he stands again and then hit him with the taser and watch him burn, then after the scene is done, exit to the menu and do it again. Should take no longer the 10 minutes to do.
NOTE:- If you happen to miss hitting him with the bottle, just hit start and reload from last save point and give it another go!

Single Player. To unlock this achievement, you need to use Molotov cocktails to kill ten enemies. You might be able to get this by the time you’re done with the campaign. If you still need some by the time you finish, you can easily get the kills you need in the Bloodshot Fight Club. Use the Practice arena and play with the settings “Thugs”, “One at a Time”, “Exotic Melee”, and “Molotovs”. Use the Molotovs to kill the bums as many times as you need to finish off the achievement.
