Just like the description says: Get 15 kills in a deathmatch game without dying.
This can be done in either player or ranked matches.
Easiest way is to grab a boosting partner. Start a player match, Deathmatch game, on Lodge, set to 3-4 minutes for 1 round. Now simply have your partner run to you and kill him at least 15 times with him not killing you at all.
Note: Make sure when creating the match to set points to 0.
Achievement will unlock at the end of the round.

Do you just have to get a 15 killing spree or does it specifically have to be 15+ kills, 0 deaths? I mean, can you not die at all during the game and get 15+ kills, or can you get 15+ kills in a row without dying and then let your friend get 15+ kills on you the same match?

Has to be done in that specific match you are in. Not sure if you can both get it in one match or if you can die after you get the 15, but its easy enough to just make another match and let your friend get it just to be safe.
You could always test it out and let me know then I could add it to the solution :)

This can be done in Ranked or Player matches. You have to get at least fifteen kills in a Deathmatch game and win the game and not die at all. This is nearly impossible to do without boosting. If you do boost it, just pick a small map like “Lodge” and keep killing until you get the fifteen kills. Make sure you don’t accidentally kill yourself with a Molotov. The achievement will unlock after the round is over.
