2 or more people. I think you actually have to have 1,000 kills yourself to work on this but I could be wrong. Does anyone know if that is true? I was gonna go for this during viral month last year and I was told I couldnt get it if I wasnt a killer myself. I should have my 1000 kills very soon, 2 weeks. I will then look for people to trade kills with to work on this cheev. Not sure if there is a in game counter for this or you have to remember.

I just checked and one of my friends has this cheev and doesnt have the one for 1000 kills. So I guess you can go for this before you yourself are a killer. I think TA will be doing viral month again this year, just not in feb. That would be the best time to pick this cheev up.

You should add that the SKX achievement is obtained after killing 1000 players. You could even link to it.

Hey, Prime. You get Serial Killer for getting 1000 kills yourself (It can be the same 1 or 2 or however many people the lobby can hold getting killed over and over). SKX is as described in the solution. You just have to kill 9 different people who have already popped Serial Killer themselves. If you mean that you can't get SKX until after you get Serial Killer, that is, fortunately, not the case. You don't have to have Serial Killer yourself to pop SKX. I've been in sessions with numerous people who popped SKX and didn't have Serial Killer yet. Let me know if you need (or anyone else needs) an SKX kill, dude.

Hey Impdaddy - sorry, I meant it might help to clarify that the Serial Killer achievement is obtained by killing 1000 players (he could link to that achievement to clarify). So basically they need to kill 9 people who have killed 1000 players. I just remember when I started this game I was confused between the two because people were confusing them. Yep, you can get SKX before Serial Killer. I just like to be as detailed as possible in my solutions to help the newcomers (20/20 hindsight is easy). I already finished the game and can help anyone get an SKX kill if they need it, once my buddy gives me my game back!

Does the achievement pop during the game? or after the game finishes? Also, can I leave the game once I've gotten a kill on a serial killer?

Yes, you can leave and still have it count. I got four kills in a session today. One more kill tomorrow and the achievement will be mine.

This is a very old solution but, seeing as I'm just messing around with it now, I'll add my experience here. Was able to triple-box boost my main account to 1000 kills in System Link. It appears any Silver account can also get to 1000 kills, or at the very least, can help you get there, I had one other Gold account and one Silver account with me. In order for the SKX achievement counter to change, however, I had to start a private online match, so it cannot be done in System Link. In theory, you could potentially triple-box boost this yourself, though it would likely be about a 15 hour grind and include 10 Xbox Live subscriptions, lol.
