Find a boosting partner for this (you can get this with only 2 players):
1.Set up a Conquest ranked match for 5-10 minutes on a small map.
2.Run and capture the 5 flags on the map (you can't carry the flags; instead they change color, kind of like in Battlefield).
3.Once you reach and capture the 5th flag, wait 30 seconds.
4.The achievement will pop in-game. You can quit or wait for the soon-to-end game.
5.Repeat for your friend.
