Very similar to the "Lang Time Dead" achievement. Cannot be done through chapter select, you must do it by selecting a new mission.
This achievement should be done in tandem with the "Scorched Earth" achievement (by your co-op partner, if playing solo do not worry about this). This is only a suggestion so the person playing as Lang has something to do while Graves gets all the kills. If you are doing this solo I would recommmend putting in a second controller to prevent Lang from taking any of your kills, even on accident or while trying to revive you if you go down.
I would suggest either doing this achievement on the "Township" or "Whaling Station" missions. Township allows for long sightlines making it ideal for Graves, and this achievement. If you are playing co-op Whaling Station would be better because most of the things Lang needs to destroy are located in the buildings found on the map rather than all over the place as they are in township.
As with the "Lang Time Dead" achievement, all I can really offer are general tips:
1) DO NOT RUSH. Once again, there is no sense in doing this it will only get you killed.
2) USE THE SHOTGUN. If you play on Township you should have the shotgun attachment to Graves' sniper rifle, allowing you to successfully defend yourself in close quarters combat and indoors.
3) GET TO HIGHER GROUND. Makes sense since you are a sniper...
4) AIM FOR THE HEAD. Self-explanatory, usually 9.9/10 it should result in a kill. If the head is not showing (someone is shooting around cover) shoot whatever part of their body you can see (hand, leg, foot, etc) and this should cause them to bend over in pain exposing their head for an easy head shot.
5) PLAY ON EASY. You don't want to make this achievement harder than it has to be, so there is no sense on playing on a harder difficulty.
6) SAVE OFTEN. Not necessary to do it after every kill since you should be playing on easy but better to have some saves just in case you make a mistake.

I was unable to unlock this achievement via mission replay. After multiple attempts with well over 50 kills and only missing a couple of shots, I had a theory it had to be on regular campaign playthrough, not a mission replay. Sure enough I loaded an old save and got it first try.
For Graves, use Township and only use the tank at the end to blow up the 2 enemy tanks, then get out and continue to use the rifle. For Lang, use the tanker mission since it's mainly close quarters.
You can save/reload all you want and use the other character to revive the one you're going for the achievement on.
