Conflict Denied Ops

There are undoubtedly a few places where you can get this but supposedly the best and where I got it is on the ATAK Diamond Mine mission. Play it on easy, either in campaign or single mission replay. I suggest doing it in single player as I have no idea what effect doing it in Co-Op will have.

Play through the level until you have destroyed the servers (after blowing a glass pane up with C4) by shooting the terminals. Run along and go left, up the ladder. Control Graves and tell your team mate to hold position inside the building. Now begins the "fun".

Setup
You want to clear this next area of enemies while not destroying any objects. Destroying objects means that you will have fewer to destroy later on. Use the gun camera to your advantage and snipe away. Once the open area is clear, move left into the building. From the office on top you will have a good view of the machine gun nest below. Kill the enemies and proceed to where they just stood. Lean out and kill the remaining enemies. Now run to a safe location and switch characters.

The plan
I highly suggest you save if you are playing a campaign mission and restock on ammo. Go and explore the layout of the level. You will notice a long corridor with many explosives in the back of the area which I haven't mentioned before. Get the lay of the land and pick a rout that you feel most comfortable with. I will give you an idea of what I did in the next section.

The route
I started right next to a supply crate in the dead end shack. Tossed two grenades at the crates and started, moving out into the open area, shooting every explosive barrel. Don't forget to turn left and get those in the enclosed area. Run into the garage where the machine gun nest was, get the barrels and shoot at the window on top. The panes do count. Chuck a grenade into the office and move on towards the long corridor I mentioned before. The way there is mostly void of objects so hurry along. Once you reach it, go guns blazing. I got the achievement before I reached the end of that area.

Objects?
Everything that can be broken, splintered or blown up counts. Glass panes, crates, barrels, canisters, doors, fences, wooden planks, palettes, etc. Don't just be on the look out for the red of the explosive objects. Many times those have other destructible objects next to them but a pile of crates is also worth destroying. Putting a few bullets into that plank over at the other side of the area is no daunting task and won't slow you down so do it. Be aware of what you can destroy and make a plan.
