Private Yelkin is a russian soldier you find in the last area of the Whaling Station level. You must ensure his survival until the end of the mission (When the extraction chopper arrives) to net this achievement.
During this sequence a hovercraft will spawn, I would highly suggest using Lang's rocket launcher to take this hovercraft out ASAP as it will kill Yelkin very quickly. After the hovercraft is down, a helicopter will spawn shortly afterward, again use the rocket launcher to take it down.
After those two big guns are eliminated its just your standard enemies to protect against, once the last enemy is dead the extraction chopper arrives at the LZ and your achievement will pop.
