During a ranked conquest game, try and hold all 5 flags throughout the level at the same time for 30 seconds, this can be pretty tricky and may take a few games to achieve, as soon as the 30 seconds is up the achievement should unlock straight away. Can be boosted see 'Healing Hands' for more information.
