This is a mission that may appear when you meet certain requirements.

For this, you must:
- Initially complete Emperor Penguin's campaign
- Complete building the radio tower for Penguin
- Penguin’s Market Share needs to be between 0 and 20

If you have met the requirements but the mission doesn't appear, you can quit the game and relaunch for the possibility of getting it to appear.
