In chapter 3, use the trench tool to open a path under the river bridge. Find a door and go down a ladder. Move a box to find a photo. Go to the prison camp and give the photo to the prisoner.
In chapter 4, after the prisoner escapes, go to support trench to "reflecting pool" just west of communication trench west. Kill the knight and inspect the photo. This will complete the achievement.
