This is easy, just fast travel from one place to another, do this one hundred times and the achievement is yours. Fast traveling, you can do by chosing a location on the map and holding Y. You need to have some funds in your account ( in game account , not Xbox account ). They charge you a fee for fast traveling, the closer, the cheaper. The further, the more expensive.
