Unfortunately, this trophy can be very glitchy and it may take several Majors and Deliveries before it pops.
A Major is a Level 3 Tenant, thus you must have him unlocked before attempting this trophy. After you have a Major available, you will be able to build a Gadget Factory. Within the Gadget Factory you can produce the Hoki Koki 2000 Computer. Once this is created (you need a Foreman and a team at the factory to produce it) you can deliver it by pressing
. Now select the house where the Major and his wife are living and once the delivery man has delivered the computer, the trophy will pop.
