I made the mistake of using formen to capture the building and then using one of them to use the plunger and blow it up. This is incorrect.
You must make that undesirable building explode. I used a gangster to attack the building and workerd to defend him.
You could also use your own undesirable buildings to attack, but even one gangster with a knife is very effective.

The description of this trophy is slightly misleading because having your Foreman destroy one of your own Undesirable Buildings, won't count towards the trophy. There are 2 ways of getting this trophy:
1: Have your Gangsters attack an Undesirable Building that belongs to a rival.
2: Get some Clowns in (which are great in combination with Mr Fixit's Gas Repairs) and have them use their Fire ability to burn down a rival's Undesirable Building.
Once the building is destroyed the trophy will pop.
