How to unlock the GRAND DESIGNS achievement in Constructor - Definitive Guide

A "Commission" is a group of unique Houses that are only accessible after having a Level 5 Tenant specifically design them. These are the Special Commissions and are the pinnacle of construction achievement. Each Special Commission must be designed and built before the next one is made available. If a Level 5 Tenant has made some plans and you haven't yet built the previous Special Commission, the Tenant will refuse to give you the designs and all that time will have been wasted so don't design the next Commission until you've built the previous one:



The first one you can build is the Welsh Cottage but the next will unlock, once you have built the previous one and requested new plans from a Level 5 tenant.

The Welsh Cottage costs:

Purchase Cost: $20,000 (+$10 per additional square occupied)

Build Time: 1,000 days (based on 1 refreshed Worker at 12% Efficiency)
