easiest way is via the beating it in one credit guide. Get to the last part of the 2nd tunnel and duck middle and just shoot relentlessly. You'll gain enough points to gain an extra life; die when the timer runs out and just keep accumulating enough points via shooting things to get over 100k and then finish the tunnel. very easy

My best advice is to get the spread shot at the start of level one and don't touch another power up till you get the score, other then that its just remembering the levels

Not that hard once you get used to the levels.

Just stay alive and beat the second boss with a score of 100,000.
Also you can't use a continue since it will reset your score.

This achievement does NOT have to be done in one credit. The easiest way to do it is to get to the last section of the second tunnel and then lose enough lives to be forced to use a continue. Then crouch on the ground in the middle of the tunnel and button mash the "A" button. You can get about 80,000 points before losing one life because of time running out. Then just finish up the 100,000 and blast through the door. Achievement unlocked.

Basically, you must start from the beginning, make it to the second tunnel and complete it without continuing (bc your score will reset if you do). You'll easily rack up 100K before the end of the tunnel, and if you make it out alive youll get this achievement.
