When you are in the tunnel, just progress about half way through, or right near the end, and just wait until the time runs out. You will then die and respawn in the same location with a full set of time. Then just leave and you should have well over 55 seconds to spare. Do the same for the other.

I figured this out by accident :) Excellent solution. This is definitely the easy route to getting this one!

Again, same as with the first tunnel I would recommend the laser. More of the targets are elevated in this tunnel and instead of jumping all over the place trying to hit it with rapid fire weapons just use the laser and the targets with be history. It's easy to finish the tunnel with 1:10+ left on the clock with the laser.

You must beat the second timed tunnel with 55 seconds to spare. I recommend using the rapid fire gun. It can deal out a lot of damage real quick to the flashing lights you need to destroy.

Use the same tips as the first tunnel runner, only this tunnel is a little trickier. Avoid getting killed as much as possible and right off the bat start shooting the detonator button.
