Quite an easy achievement once your used to the level.
Your biggest friend is the spreader which you get near the beginning of the level inside the first aid balloon that floats from the left of the screen to the right. From there, just hammer the fire button while moving forward with the occasional tilt in angle to hit the different levelled enemies.
When you get to the gate, stand on the higher level and take out the guy who appears on top of the gate shooting at you first. The turrets can't reach you when you stand on the top left side of the screen so fire away and that's achievement unlocked!

funny because i dont get any fucking pop for any of these achievments
I got all 4 powerups, no achievment

After 6 years of solid research I've discovered you need to have default settings in order to unlock this! Go to Settings and hit 
. Exit and complete level 1 without dying.

You shouldn't have much trouble once you play the game a few times. Its easier to go the bottom route and work from top to bottom at the wall.

Sticking to the water is the easiest route, just jump to the top at the barrier and watch out for the guard at the top. Should pop as soon as the next level loads.

The first tunnel is at the end of the very first level. Once you memorize where evertyhing is, you shouldnt have a problem finishing level 1 without dying. Tip: Its easier to stay on the lower section of the level, just take your time and you'll do alright.
