How to unlock the FIN achievement in Contrast - Definitive Guide

The description obviously speaks for itself. In order to unlock this achievement you simply have to complete the final chapter of ACT III.

After solving the Lighthouse puzzle and shining the beam of light on the stage (bottom right area), a cutscene appears. Shortly after, you’ll need to follow Didi behind the stage to trigger yet another cutscene. The achievement will unlock before the credits roll onto the screen.

This didn’t pop for me.

After the credits I had to do the following:

From the main menu - Exit Game
Re-load the game
Chapter select
Pick the last chapter
Skipped all dialogue scenes
Achievement popped when the credits were rolling

This didn't pop for me during play through so I had to follow @metallicafan459's workaround. That workaround worked for me.

I tried the workaround 3 times but I had to not skip any dialogue for it to finally pop on the 4th try. I'm just glad it worked. There's nothing worse than a final achievement that's broken.

I unlocked this achievement after 3-4 tries, I’m still waiting for
ContrastSecret AchievementThe Secret Achievement achievement in Contrast worth 170 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
to unlock. Took me an hour to pop the Workshop achievement, very annoying.

Hi, not my guide but I think it's the best out there, you have everything in a correct order (luminaries, collectables, misc achievements and even easter egg locations). One thing I like about this it is not a video guide so will not ruin any of the story and you can experience that at your own pace.

Just some advice:
Collectables for Act III can be buggy. And collecting them may leave you on 90% completed even when you have all of them. If you have this problem just know that you cannot recollect anything you previously collected. Starting new game (no need to delete save file), playing up till Act III and grabbing first collectable in work shop just after orchestra will trigger it as far as I have tested. Took about a minute to pop, with me just stood in one place panicking. Tried and tested on couples on different accounts and consoles.

"No Backpack Bird Needed" On two accounts this would not pop until I went back to last save. My problem was I stood on top of the chest lid before jumping inside. For some reason that made the achievement not unlock for me, but when I just jumped straight in the chest without standing on the lid first it unlocked. Took about 30 seconds, stood in nearest left corner. So that is something to keep in mind in case you are having issues.

Story-related and cannot be missed.

Right after you finish the lighthouse and go backstage you'll get this for completing the game.

Pretty easy game overall. There are a few tough parts though but the main problem holding some people back are the glitches in the lighthouse part. I had gotten to the top a few times and had the light glitch and not consider the tent to be the right spot. And also some of the lights would go over the bulbs where u add power to the next light and simply push away from them as if there was a magnet on it. It took me many reloads to finally do it but after that part keep going and about 5 mins later is the end. Its mostly just tying the story together in cut scenes afterwords.

Story-related, cannot be missed.

Shortly after, you’ll need to follow Didi behind the stage to experience yet another cutscene. After familial ties are mended and Johnny reclaims his position within the family, the achievement will unlock before the credits roll onto the screen.
