How to unlock the You Broke My Finger! achievement in Contrast - Definitive Guide

This is unlocked at the chapter "The usual suspects". I believe it is missable as I got the "Punching bag" achievement during my first play through and didn't get this achievement until I replayed the chapter.

Certainly missable the first time around - I quit out after playing the reel but before leaving the cinema and it spawned me outside when I loaded in.

This didn't unlock for me the first playthrough. I replayed The Usual Suspects, and made sure to get onto the cinema screen once inside. Stayed on for a few seconds, then place the reel into the projector. Watched the cutscene. Followed Didi out of the theater, and then watched that cutscene. Then it unlocked.

I can confirm what Geezr Pleazr said. I think that this isn't an automatic story achievement as its listed. What you're supposed to do is wait and let the guys beat up Didis father until he yells that they broke his finger, and THEN put the film into the projector and leave. If you do it any earlier you won't get the achievement.

Yeah I unlocked both on the same playthrough, only because I was looking for collectables before the dude got his finger broke
