How to unlock the Astral Plumbing achievement in Control - Definitive Guide

The Astral Plane restroom is in the Collapsed Department area. Simply step inside to unlock the achievement. There is also a collectible and an enemy inside.

I'm not sure if there are Xbox server issues right now but I can't get this to unlock. Stepped inside and collected everything in here too.

Edit: Xbox just wanted me to look stupid. The second I hit comment it popped. -_-

As you progress through the story, you have to head to Data Entry and Filing/Collapsed Department. After clearing out the area of Hiss, you'll head down a long hallway with restrooms to your right. Head into the men's room. Jesse will shout out, "Someone call a plumber!"
