Anyone know if any of these are missable? Struggling to defeat the boss in the Pit on Old Growth and feel I need to be have more skills/health, will I miss out on the quest if I complete too many main missions?

Just complete 15 side missions, can include the DLC side missions if needed.
These side missions start to appear as you progress through the story and speaking with named NPCs (ex. Emily Pope, Ahti the Janitor). They are distinguishable from the main missions as they have a diamond with a check inside of them beside the mission's title. Some are related to ability-acquiring missions, other are mission-given. Here is a list of the rundown on the side missions.

You will receive almost all the missions during the course of the story, just do not forget to sometimes visit Erisha, Pope and
Lanstom. Also, according to the plot, you will again visit the janitor Ahti, he will have 4 simple missions hanging on his stand, complete them all, return to the janitor’s room and receive another bonus mission, for which you will receive a janitor’s suit as a reward
