How to unlock the Interdimensional Defender achievement in Control - Definitive Guide

This achievement can be gotten through normal gameplay. It doesn't matter what kind of Hiss you kill, and since Hiss constantly, you will have no shortage of Hiss to target. It helps to do the Bureau Countermeasure radiant quests and side missions if you want to raise your number of killed Hiss quickly.

This will come naturally as your progress through the game especially when doing the side missions and Board Countermeasures.

Opponents will respawn randomly, sometimes you can leave the room and come back and they will appear again. The easiest way is to fill in the countermeasures of the council.

Iissomi are all people who have lost control of themselves. These are both hostile monsters and people hanging in the air.
Only hostile ones count towards the achievement. There is no point in shooting people under the ceiling.
