How to unlock the Rush Job achievement in Control - Definitive Guide
The Shield Rush ability is unlocked via the Abilities menu, which is accessible from any Control Point. The ability you need is "Shield Rush", but "Shield Rush 1" will also make this easier.
To use the ability, you need to hold then press to dash when in close contact with an enemy (it is also possible to do while levitating, but a lot more difficult).
You will come across plenty of enemies as you progress through "The Foundation" DLC. However if, like me, you've found yourself short upon completion of the game, I found the best place to accumulate kills was around the Control Point at Maintenance > NSC Power Plant.
This area is frequently populated with low-level enemies that can be killed with one hit of "Shield Rush 1", and I was able to kill approximately 10 enemies with every visit. Simply kill the enemies, travel to another Control Point and travel back to NSC Power Planet and repeat until the achievement unlocks.

This ability is available in the regular game, even without The Foundation DLC; is it possible to get this achievement without the DLC?

‘The Foundation’ DLC takes place after the main story, hence you cannot access ‘Shield Rush’ until afterwards. I don’t have it on my list of upgrades and I’m wrapping Chapter 9 right now.

Shield rush is bought after you buy the Shield ability and the Evade ability.
You need to get enemies low on health then pull up your shield and dash into them.
I did this after having my shield damage maxed out and it would kill a standard gun enemy when they were around half health.
If you have already beaten the game and are doing the Foundation DLC there is a good place to farm enemy's in the Chasm where you did the Found Footage mission. After completing the mission going back through the dark caves will spawn them full of Mold which are really weak. About half way through the cave there is an open area that has a generator that will make light and a crystal door you have to destroy to move on. In this room it seems like Mold endlessly respawn, or at least they did for me. I ended up killing 5 waves of Mold before I just decided to leave, and they were still spawning.

I found an easier place to farm this now that the AWE expansion is out. Turn on Assist Mode in the gameplay settings to make it easier, and then load the arcade minigame Crowd Control to spawn lots of enemies in one place. The arcade machine is found in the Active Investigations room.
You can do this at the same time as getting this achievement:

You can most likely get this as you progress through "The Foundation" DLC. But I found myself a few short upon completion, so I went to the Control Point at Maintenance > NSC Power Plant.
This area is usually populated with low-level enemies that can be killed with one hit of "Shield Rush 1", there's usually a dozen or so enemies here. Kill the enemies, travel to another Control Point and travel back to NSC Power Planet and repeat until the achievement unlocks.

Before you can tackle this one, you must upgrade Shield Rush in your Abilities skill tree, under SHIELD 1. Four ability points will initially unlock it and you'll need a total of 10 ability points to max out its true damage after the update. Damage an enemy enough so his health is very low, then Hold and press to evade right into them. This move must kill them for it to count. Once fully upgraded, you can just hold and wait for your energy bar to refill to use again during a fight with multiple Hiss goons.

Let me clarify that you need to hit with a Breakthrough Shield, that is, ram the enemy, having previously upgraded your skill (combination + ). At first I just threw with a shield, I spent a lot of time until I understood how to do it

You can easily farm in a machine (shum) from another dlc, and if it’s really hard, then you can turn on cheats.

You can start completing the trophy even before the “Foundation”, it is cumulative. You open the corresponding ability and shoo away all the enemies. A good spawn point for opponents is the area with an elevator and a cradle in the mission to search for Ahti in the quarries. You call the cradle and while it crawls, you fight back with a shield.

It is not necessary to commit murders precisely in the “base”. They count anywhere. Very quickly I filled it in the “logistics” location. As soon as we appear, we turn around and run back, there are a lot of exploding mobs there. We kill properly, die on the last ones, and so on in a circle.
