This guide is a godsend. Listing them all that way really helped. I was worried I would have to do the usual "go to every location" way of collecting.

The End of the world didn't appear for me.

Hey RAGRocha, you go to select mission “Take Control” final mission beat this mission, then the foundation redo doing mission, then you can pick it up any collect in there. You will get an achievement. Same me, too! this will help it for someone if stuck at 98%.

Thumbs up from me. That might be one of the best collectable videos I've seen. Very easy to follow and each shows how to get to the collectable from the nearest fast travel point.

@SuperDarkConker There’s the Endgame mission select so you can go to Foundation straight away. A Hotline didn’t play for me either but it was Out of Options instead of End of the World.

just fyi if the hotline thing bugs like it did to me. doing mission select saves over your previous save basically. so if like me you did everything you lose it all. hopefully I dont regret this for the AWE dlc...

98% bullshit. I see how with the AWE DLC they made the collectibles achievement only collect 80%.

This Guide leaves out The Hotline Collectibles needed for this Achievement. They are Missable & can be got through Replay but should still show there Location & tell us when during the Story they show up.

I don't understand why people posting other folks' video walkthrough get upvotes. You're just doing a google search for karma.

Out of Options Hotline Call did not play for me so i am missing it so stupid that they dont allow to replay the dlc missions...

Was stuck at 98% and thought I was losing my mind until I noticed I had misread what America Overnight recordings I had, I'd been glossing over the actual numbers.

Also that video guide is amazing, I appreciate them going to each collectible from the nearest Control point, very useful

I was also stuck at 98%. I did the End Game mission, got the Log 1 collectible which is the very first collectible that you get, and the achievement unlocked. I had already gotten this collectible prior.

Can second/third/whathaveyou that doing the Endgame reset and reaching the Log 1 collectible unlocked after being stuck at 98% with a missing Hotline.

I was at 98% because the Out of Options Hotline didn't play for me so I just restarted the Foundation from the Endgame Mission. Got the first collectible which is Log 1 and the achievement popped up immediately.

DISCLAIMER!!!
If you are going to restart The Foundation, MAKE SURE you have all your achievements first so you don't have to go back and redo them such as Supportive Staff. ONLY RESTART if this achievement is the last one you have to get and it's stuck at 98%. Otherwise, you'll have to go back and redo every achievement that is specific to The Foundation DLC.

I ran into the 98% glitch on the Ultimate Edition. I had everything, including Hotlines. Restarting the DLC and picking up the first collectible (Log 1) worked there as well.

@skrubits- how do you reatart Foundation DLC in the Ultimate Edition? Believe I have the same bug.

Yup, restarting at Endgame saves your achievement if its buggy.

Sorry for the late reply. Start ‘Endgame’ under mission select to restart the DLC. It wipes your post-game progress, so make sure it’s the last thing you do.

This show AUTO for VHS Tape Procedures, but I don't have it...what mission does this come with?

I was stuck at 98% as well despite following the walkthrough guide, but thought I'd grab the final Maneki-neko before restarting the DLC.

I fast-travelled to the Transit Access control point and went to the fire door. Turns out I had missed a collectible document in the small room on the left when facing the firebreak, right next to the metal detector on top of the x-ray scanning machine.

I was just missing America Overnight Fatality

It is buggy i am missing out of options hotline how am i supposed to get that ? If it doesn’t play or collect there is no way to get it besides restarting the entire dlc and collect everything f remedy

Never mind I just reloaded the last mission of the campaign then just restarted The Foundation dlc, picked up the first collectible and it popped.

This achievement was buggy for me. After completed all the game, I was stuck on 98%. I had to play the mission "Endgame" again. The achievement popped up after getting the first collectible. Unfortunately I lost all my progress after this mission. :-(

My progress is stuck at 94% despite collecting everything. Resetting to Endgame and collecting first few items did not move the progress bar. Any tips?

Likewise, stuck at 98% with all collectables done. erased both DLC parts and reinsattled them, and restarted endgame - the cheevo popped oncei picled up a collectable ... just got to recollect everything, and grab the kittys again

98%er here, too. The Hotline: Out of Options never played. Ugh...

Yes, I reset my progress with the Log 1 fix. Still sucks.

This was really well done. I appreciate the written list, helping me establish exactly what I was missing. Then supplementing that with a video in the order of the list.

Not bugged on series x. Was about to reset my DLC progress until I saw popness' guide and realized I missed one paper which is why it was left on 98%. Took a few minutes to pop once I grabbed the last one.

i'm missing "Out of Options" hotline ... achievement stuck at 98% On PC..

For me it wasn't buggy. Tracker also worked well.

Stuck at 98%. The out of options hotline is still missing. Anyone has a solution to this on xbox?

This was my last achievement and I was missing the Out Of Options Hotline, and as Guile132 said I reset my DLC and collected Log 1 and it unlocked.

Not all heroes wear capes.

I would make note that the Hotline calls ARE required for this achievement. I had gotten all of these before fighting the final boss and thought my game had glitched at 98% like a lot of reports I was seeing. I beat the final boss and both this and the achievement for beating all missions popped. The final collectible I was missing was the Hotline entry "Departure" for The Board. The Hotline Entries are:
