Mission 1 ends with a firefight in a square room, several basic enemies and one with a higher health bar and a rapid-firing weapon. Take cover behind the terrain and watch as the tougher enemy tries to flank you--he will also throw grenades which can be avoided if you keep moving. Once the room has been cleared out there are a few cut scenes and dialogue options and the achievement will pop.

This achievement is bugged on Windows, does anyone knows how to fix it? I have all the others achivements except for this one

After claiming the Service Weapon as your own and becoming the new Director, you'll still have to work on fixing up the Oldest House because of the new threat. Leaving the office, you'll see a new hallway has appeared, and with it, the Hiss. Take this time to get used to the Service Weapon's controls while following the marker on the map until you get to your first Control Point and a battle for it. After claiming it as your own, the vault nearby will be your destination with Emily Pope and a few others inside. She'll first ask you to try and purify a corrupted agent nearby, but after that, talk to her to finish this trophy and get some more details about your new job.
